• As far as roughed out event timeline, because this is a matinee performance we ask the band members to arrive by 1:00 or so to assist in the stage set up etc. (The percussion section members may get there a little earlier to load their equipment in.) There would be a brief warm up session / sound check around 1:45- 2:00 on stage and the concert would start at 3:00 and should be finished by approx. 5:00.
