Join our fun Ultimate Frisbee program! In this program, participants will be able to engage in all  levels of Ultimate Frisbee knowledge they have.Teens will throw and catch a disc, learn different levels of offence and defense. Through fast-paced, team-oriented play, kids will get plenty of exercise while developing their skills on the field.
