SB - Lakeside Spring Family Event/Fundraiser

Lakeside Cooperative Preschool hosts an annual family event and fundraiser at the Silver Beach Annex.  A potluck dinner and raffle basket tables will be set up in the Annex gym, and kids will ride trikes or bikes outside in the playshed or around the soccer field.

Notes

I would prefer to use the Annex Gym instead of the Cafeteria for this rental.  The Tandem system has a conflict (Balance Bikes in Annex gym).  We can safely move the balance bikes out of the gym and put them back after the event so that they are not used by our group.  We understand that they are only for PE class use during the week with the Silver Beach PE teacher.  If we need to use the Cafeteria instead, we can make that work.
