This is a fun Ultimate Frisbee clinic designed for women, transgender, non-binary and gender expansive players of all experience levels! If you're brand new or looking to build your skills, this session is for you. We'll play frisbee-adjacent games to get moving, shaprpen skills of Ultimate and spend time building community with others.

Ultimate Frisbee is a fast-paced, non-contact sport that combines the best parts of soccer, basketball, and football—played with a flying disc! It's all about teamwork, running, and making awesome catches.
