 lingham PAC\n\nemailed KH & CC 7/9 - AR\n\nDraft event format will include
  a welcome from the Mayor of Bellingham\, followed by an introduction by W
 hatcom Health and Community Services Director Erika Lautenbach. Our keynot
 e speaker will be Dr. Shannon Boustead of SeaMar Bellingham Medical Clinic
 . Community resource tabling will be available before the event\, as well 
 as during the brief 15-minute intermission and briefly after the event. Af
 ter intermission\, we'll have a panel discussion and moderated Q&A.\n\nIde
 ally\, we'd like to provide this program starting at 4 or 5pm\, and expect
  the event duration to be 2 hours.\n\nThis event will be free and open to 
 the public.\n\n
