Bellingham Public Works will host a transportation-focused Open House to review plans for the upcoming Meridian-Birchwood roundabout and multimodal safety improvements project, currently scheduled for construction to begin late 2027. Residents will have the opportunity to review 60% design plans and discuss detour options during construction.
