Coffee/tea in room 103 (on wood shelf) by 7:30 for about 80 people.Prefer the coffee in 103 so it is in the back of the large room. 

Rooms 102/103 tables and chairs already set up!

Room 203 need 2-3 tables set up in the middle. These tables will be used to set sandwich platters for lunch. Chairs set against the wall. 

We will use the patio off of room 203 for some people to sit at for lunch. Are the tables/chairs out there?
