We know the Jingle Bell Run is going on in the parking lot - I think we can make it work to have this at the same time! This is the only potential issue - let me know what you think.
Jan's tour bus will arrive about 60 minutes before the actual event begins and is wrapped in eye-
catching artwork from Alice in a Winter Wonderland. Please rope-off an area near the entrance of the venue so the bus can park. The bus is 45 feet long.
• Fans love to take photos with the bus and we must make sure that families do not need to cross the
parking lot to get to it. If you require special parking permission from the local fire marshall to park in
front of the venue, please make these arrangements before November 8th. Bus will be parked in the BHS Bus Lane.
