Notes
- The chairs (300) will be delivered to Bellingham High School and set up in time for them to be set up prior to a sound check at noon on Tue. August 27. (service request submitted) The chairs should be six rows of 50 chairs, with an aisle down the middle. The chairs should start six feet from the end of the bleachers. I believe we typically rely on custodial staff to set up chairs.
- Set up begins on Tuesday, Aug. 27 in the BHS gym
- Keefe Heely will be setting up the sound (with Lucas Holtgeerts). I believe he can help with stage but this may also need custodial support. Keefe will be there at 9 am Tuesday, Aug. 27.
- True Tone will be delivering a screen and projector around 10 am Tuesday, Aug. 27
- Emcees will also be doing a sound check on 2 pm Tuesday, Aug. 27
- Dr. Baker is scheduled to do a sound check on at 4 pm Tuesday, Aug. 27
- Robotics will be setting up Tuesday, Aug. 27 in the Commons at BHS.
- The event is 7 to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28 (folks arriving at 7:30, program is 8:30-9:30).
- Staff will be arriving on buses from their schools/work sites. Some will walk/bike and drive. Russ Robinson will be helping transportation arrange for parking logistics.
- After the event the chairs and stage are taken down. Many district office staff help take down chairs.
