DO 202: Whatcom Rowing Association Annual Member Meeting

WRA is a community group that supports rowers from all over Whatcom County, including juniors and adults.  A the annual meeting we discuss programming and strategic planning.  Our club is housed at Bloedel, however there isn't a meeting room on site.
