SqHS Cross Country Camp

Our camp is 8:30 – 11:30

8:30-9:30 Hour 1 – Education   - Forum or gym

9:30 – 10:30 Hour 2 – Run for the day or weights and then run.   – Weight room or track

10:30 – 11:30 Hour 3 – Stretch, Games, snacks, activities  - Track or commons
