Room needs: PAC (table needed for panels); Commons (tables needed for eating and discussion groups, we will bring sound system to set up); Staff Lounge.

BPS staff needs: custodian(s), technician for PAC (livestreaming portions will take place in the PAC only, we will bring computers).

Food will be provided by outside vendors (finalizing plans, will likely be Haggen). Food will be served in the Commons. No access to the kitchen/refrigeration.
