Notes

1. The dates and hours need to be manually changed; upon the advice of Angie Ritchey, a faux time-frame was included in this form. The dates are July 29-Aug 1, from 8:30am-5:15pm, and Aug. 2, 8:30-1:00pm.

2. The rental fee will be covered by the Bellingham Foundation.
