• We need access to the theater, commons, the sound system, and the projector.
• Theater will be used for a presentation and youth panel
• Commons will be used for breakfast, lunch, art setup and discussion/presentation/workshop
• Will bring tall metal grids for art display in the Commons Lounge area
• Need access to the TV in the commons
• We will bring 2 computers and HDMI cables – 1 for Commons and 1 for Theater
• Would like access to a quiet room – will use the staff lounge for this and I have added this to your rental in Tandem
• Okay to add signage over the bathrooms to make them gender neutral
• Will have around 70-80 attendees
• We will bring a table for check in at the front door
