Join noted travel guru/historian Rick Steves in a pre-election discussion with CDN staff about global fascism, from roots to resistance, inspired by his documentary, "Fascism in Europe."

Notes
  • Doors open at 6:30
    • 3 ticket takers at the SHS main entrance
    • Tickets are through Eventbrite and event is sold out expecting around 378
  • 2 greeters at the Theater entrance
  • 2 staff in the Theater helping direct attendees
  • Jaya will be stationed at the media area with Laura
    • We will have 2 cameras going during the event, they will not block the upper Theater seats
    • We will bring HDMI cord, laptop with copy of presentation and an alternate backup of the presentation
  • We will be using the Green Room/Drama Room for Rick Steves
    • We will be bringing a cooler that will have bottled water/drinks in it to put in the Green Room
    • No food is planned
  • Please have the Green Curtain down we will use as a backdrop
  • Okay to setup reserved seating signs for staff
  • Security hired to help with crowd control
    • Two guards will be there directing traffic and keeping an eye on things while we are taking tickets. They may stay for a bit afterwards
    • They will also help to shuffle everyone out when the show is complete
  • Guest Wifi is available for use – to connect open web browser and accept terms and conditions
